SOL PARTNERSHIP

SOL RETAIL

  Distribution  

  • you ship the stock to Amazon

  • we create the FBAs & send you the details

  • Sol Retail buys the stock from you

  • You get the product to our warehouse in the UK

  • We take care of distributing the stock to all the agreed locations

 Stock 

  • you decide the level of stock you'd like to hold at Amazon

  • you own the stock

  • stock levels are dependent on Sol sales

 Financials 

  • Amazon pay you directly every 14 days

  • Brand must have VAT registry in all applicable countries

  • Sol pay purchase orders in 60 days

  Costs  

  • Monthly fee for Sol Retail is based on a % of total Amazon Retail sales

  • All Amazon platform fees are paid by the brand

  • Brand determines advertising spend and it will be charged to the brand directly

  • Brand responsible for ERP &Transparency costs

  • Monthly fee is based on a % of total Amazon Retail sales & a fixed amount depending on which package you choose

  • Minimum monthly advertising paid to SOL 

  • We cover all AMZ fees & chargebacks

  • Brand responsible for ERP &Transparency costs
