As some of you may be aware, last week was Mental Health Awareness Week. This important week has been hosted by The Mental Health Foundation on the 2nd week of May since 2000. This week sheds light on those illnesses that can't always be seen such as Anxiety, Stress or Sleep Deprivation.
This Year they concentrated on 'surviving to thriving' stating "Too many of us experience daily life as a battle. Emotionally, our heads are only just above water. Holding onto our jobs, managing our family life, paying our bills sometimes threaten to overwhelm us."
